Hustle Humble

Contemplating or just made the bold leap of starting your own?

Often hustlers first few challenges include having no one above them to set goals, deadlines and incentives and the responsibility of inspiration become a task of self-motivation.

Entrepreneurs seldom ask another about how they stay motivated but will be first to admit that regular motivation helps a lot, yes in the bucketful. I for one believe that although there is a lot of ways of motivation out there only you would know your own best ways to stay motivated. Daily failures are hard and never easy to face and embracing failures as part of your success journey gives it a different outlook to your long-term goals. Failing is a very powerful thing, you will know this if not experiencing it by self or by reading the stories of JK Rowling, Steve Job, Jack Ma and much more who are now wildly successful in their rightful fields.  It doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur, author or an inventor because the road to success is often filled with failure and rejection.

Fail Early and Often

If you are a hustler you need to quickly learn the art of not fearing failure and be able to confront the possibility of failure. Even when everything in business is doing well hustlers often face frequent hostility. So often in our culture failure is frowned upon and it involves a lot of fear in 'losing face' or 'losing professional standing' when businesses go through rough patches. Its time you do yourself, your product or service a favour: embrace failure and work on the plan to do it early and often.

Remove the stigma of failure.

After learning about the importance of failing, I know now to ask my children and my team weekly about what they have failed on. I would tell them that although it's great to hear their success stories, I would be equally disappointed if I didn't hear of their failures. Failing at something tells me that they are trying, and succeeding after so many tries is the sweetest of things. Although a lot, the stigma to failure as I've learned is best replaced with the freedom and support to grow, I tell my support to have confidence and to learn from failures and never eve be defined by them.

Here are three of my favourite motivational videos, which help me keep on track, keeps me reaching better milestones and keep me hustling. No matter what you do always keep plnning and focus on completing goals and tasks. What is your favourite Motivational Videos? Do add your link in our comment for all to read.
